What are you trying to do to help animals?

Well you can start small, in your own neighborhood, by volunteering at a local shelter. That's what I'm planning to do except I need to find a shelter looking for volunteers!

I tried a animal shelter and I sent a application to volunteer but I never got a reply! I was so sad! :(

I'm trying to help the animals near me by creating a hospitable environment for wildlife. I've been researching North American native plants that birds, bees, and butterflies like. For example, birds nest in and eat berries from the American Holly in my yard.
