Green Living Project---Mobile Tour Visits Schools

Students and teachers have loved learning about global sustainability with Green Living Project. We have some amazing stories to share! Green Living Project educates and inspires students and communities about compelling sustainability projects from around the globe. We have documented over 50 projects in 14 countries, and share those unique stories through our Education Program.

Overview

Green Living Project’s Education Program is a unique interactive resource that allows students and educators to learn about successful sustainability projects around the globe. GLP’s Education Program includes the curriculum, Students Connecting to Global Sustainability, along with additional educational opportunities including:
-classroom presentations from GLP’s Mobile Tour
-Expedition Trackers program-- students interact with GLP expedition members
-exclusive school competitions and prizes from GLP sponsors

About the Curriculum: Students Connecting to Global Sustainability
GLP’s curriculum includes interdisciplinary lesson plans adaptable for almost any grade level. Each lesson features an activity based on a GLP sustainability project and uses exclusive GLP multimedia content as supplementary educational material.
